Lynn Miller-Pease
Executive Director

– Lynn Miller-Pease
Lynn has a passion for diversity, servant leadership, and the collaborative process. As executive director of Leadership Evansville, she has a wide variety of responsibilities, which includes guiding volunteers and staff. Lynn has 18 years of experience in facilitation, leadership training, and development, and has served as executive director since 2003.
Her training and education include Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management at Indiana University and Purdue University, Leadership Evansville, and Shambhala Institute for Authentic Leadership. She has pursued additional training in facilitation and leadership through the Indiana Leadership Initiative, a project supported by the National Association for Community Leadership and Lilly Endowment Inc.
Lynn's community service is extensive. She is past president of Holly's House Board of Directors and past president and founding member of Alhambra Theathre Board of Directors. She serves on Evansville's Celebration of Diversity Lecture Series Board, Evansville Community Redevelopment Partnership, Women's Equality Day, and the Greater Evansville: The Place for Young Professionals Taskforce.
Most recently, she has been honored as the 2011 ATHENA Award recipient and one of the YWCA's 100 Women in 100 Years. As the 2010 recipient of the Berger Community Service Award, Lynn is recognized as a tireless community advocate who promotes fairness, inclusion, and respect for all.
Melody Terry
Director of Operations

Melody joined Leadership Evansville at the end of 2010. She is an Evansville native and a University of Evansville alum. She brings many years of experience in office management and administration to the organization. Among her volunteer activities are serving 6 years serving on the Half Marathon Committee for the YMCA and five years on the Board of Directors for the Evansville Parks Foundation – of which she is currently Board President. Melody has one son in college, two cats at home and a passion for working towards the betterment of our community.
